They can inspire others to do the same by making their teams aware of their mistakes and how they plan to correct them². -**Hard work**: Role models work hard when completing their tasks, and they may frequently complete more than what's expected of them. They display a positive and confident attitude and show their eagerness to help however they can². **Empathy**: Role models show compassion and understanding for others, especially those who are different from them or face challenges. They listen actively and offer support and guidance when needed¹. **Professionalism**: Role models behave in a respectful and ethical manner, following the rules and guidelines of their company or organization. They also dress appropriately, communicate effectively, and maintain a high standard of quality in their work². **Integrity**: Role models reflect honesty and morality in their actions and words. They do not lie, cheat, or steal, and they stand up for what is right even when it is difficult or unpopular. They also respect the rights and dignity of others²³.
