Do i need a coach or therapist? Therapy vs Life Coaching: The Key differences between the two.

Therapy has been the traditional choice for decades, while Life coaching has emerged in the past 30 years as an new alternative, and has been growing rapidly since. With so much confusion about the difference between a Life Coach and Therapist, I wanted to help clear this issue up.

But as author and clinical psychologist Michael Bader writes, it doesn't matter how different the two can be -- what matters is what you get from the practice. Regardless of the differences, or which route you go with, you're still making a choice to better your life -- and there's nothing bad about that.
